Remuneration: $71.60 - $85.30 per hour

What you'll be doing
The Operations Manager, Medical Imaging plays a key role in supporting the Clinical Director with the operational management of Medical Imaging services. They ensure efficient and effective service delivery, financial management, and patient care.
- Lead the management of the Medical Imaging service's operational aspects.
- Oversee financial and resource management, including billing and budget allocation.
- Manage human resources, including direct line management of key staff.
- Ensure clinical practice excellence and service improvements in patient care.
- Contribute to facility planning, site development, and workforce reforms.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health services management (or equivalent) with extensive senior management experience, or an equivalent combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of the patient billing and revenue model in NSW Health.
- Demonstrated ability to manage highly complex human resource and administration matters.
- Demonstrated skills in problem solving/negotiation and change management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in budgetary and financial management within allocated resources.
- Proven interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in clinical services planning and policy development skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Health Roster and Stafflink, with preferable experience in ROB, Vmoney and TESL.
