Operations Manager Division of Surgery and Anaesthesia RNSH
Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH) is looking for an experienced health manager to be part of the Executive Team and work with the Clinical Director and the Divisional Nurse Manager for Surgery and Anaesthesia. The role is integral to the operational management of the division in a highly innovative clinical environment.

What you'll be doing
Partnering with the Division of Surgery and Anaesthesia (DoSA) Clinical Director and Divisional Nurse Manager on the delivery of contemporary, multi-disciplinary models of care and developing sustainable services within DoSA to deliver on budget, revenue and activity targets.
This position is a senior management position within the RNSH Executive and has primary responsibility for the operational management of DoSA departments.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a clinical or health related management field or relevant extensive experience with Superior financial capability with extensive evidence of ability to link clinical and financial objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve problems using strategic and innovative solutions to financial and operational challenges within the public sector context.
- High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated experience in negotiation and engagement with key stakeholders, of all levels through a collaborative approach.
- Demonstrated experience in the leading, directing and managing a team to lead optimal performance within an environment of conflicting priorities and tight timeframes.
