Operations Co-ordinator Engineering - Randwick Campus
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in facilities management or business, or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills with a strong customer service approach.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to enhance staff performance, influence workplace culture and lead change.
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem-solving skills that lead to the development of innovative solutions to meet workplace needs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to provide input, interpret, monitor, and evaluate policies, procedures and standards.
- Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
