Maitland Hospital is growing—as we open our 6th operating theatre, we are looking for motivated, team-focused individuals to join us! We currently have three full-time roles available, and we welcome part-time applicants as well.
While previous healthcare experience is valued, it is not essential - If you are dependable, enthusiastic, and ready to learn, we’d love to hear from you.


What We Are Looking For

You will provide essential non-clinical support to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality patient care. You will work collaboratively with theatre and hospital staff to coordinate equipment needs, assist in prepping and moving patients and maintain a clean and safe environment.

We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate:

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, especially in multidisciplinary settings
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organisation, initiative, and time management
