Join the acute inpatient team at The Kiloh Centre and use your advanced Occupational Therapy expertise to support consumers experiencing complex mental health challenges. This senior role offers the opportunity to deliver specialist clinical care, mentor emerging clinicians, contribute to innovative therapeutic programs, and drive continuous service improvement within a recovery-focused environment.
Working alongside a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in supporting consumers throughout their recovery journey while influencing contemporary mental health practice and service development.

Kiloh Centre Inpatient mental health centre which consists of 46 acute and sub-acute beds, located on the Prince of Wales Hospital campus, Randwick.

Selection Criteria:
- Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award and must hold registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional learning.
- Extensive post graduate clinical experience in Mental Health Occupational Therapy
- Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, throughout all organisational levels
- Ability to provide in-depth advice and education to enhance service delivery and to guide and support others in providing service excellence, with the capacity to provide clinical supervision to other staff
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to apply advanced reasoning skills and independent professional judgement when dealing with situations of a novel, complex or critical nature
- Ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes and lead ongoing quality improvement activities with other staff
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing clinical and professional learning
- Current NSW Drivers Licence or willingness to travel
