What you will bring to the role
- Recognised qualification in occupational therapy in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Professionals (State) Award, current registration with AHPRA and commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Evidence of advanced clinical skills and demonstrated significant experience in the provision of occupational therapy services to children and their families.
- Demonstrated high level organisation and time management skills in an environment with competing clinical and administrative demands
- Ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes with other staff.
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of clinical supervision, mentoring and development of level 1 / 2 staff and students.
- Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including collaborative stakeholder consultation.
- Demonstrated ability to independently problem solve and set priorities in complex situations.
- Current driver's license and willingness to use for work purposes
