- Demonstrated clinical experience in an acute care and rehabilitation setting including experience in discharge planning, home assessment, home modifications and equipment prescription
- Extensive experience with patients in neurosurgical, general surgical and medical units
- Skills in planning, implementing and evaluating intervention programmes
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team
