What you will bring to the role
- Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) AND extensive relevant post registration nursing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to create and support a culture of integrity and professionalism which adheres to legislation and policy.
- Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise and negotiate with clinicians, managers, staff and other key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to ensure the human, physical and financial resources of the unit/ward are managed to deliver safe and efficient health care within available resources.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate, inspire and manage staff to achieve service and organizational goals utilising change management principles.
- Evidence of and commitment to patient/client/customer focused care, clinical governance and quality improvement.
- Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation, Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment.
- Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
