What you will bring to the role

  1. Current registration with AHPRA - Division 1 Registered Nurse
  2. Relevant postgraduate qualifications in specialty and management or working towards attainment
  3. Demonstrated skills in quality improvement/redesign projects and the associated change management
  4. Demonstrated sound financial skills with an ability to interpret financial reports
  5. Proven ability to motivate, manage and develop nursing staff to maintain a positive workplace culture
  6. Proven ability to assess nursing utilisation and resource requirements within agreed targets
  7. Demonstrated effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  8. Ability to travel within the LHD in accordance with the position
