We are seeking an exceptional Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to lead Ward 4A, our dynamic 32-bed Acute Stroke, Neurology and General Medicine unit. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of specialty medical care, driving excellence in one of the hospital's most clinically rewarding and rapidly evolving areas.
Working closely with medical, allied health and nursing colleagues, you will play a pivotal role in advancing stroke care pathways, improving patient outcomes and enhancing the experience of patients and families navigating complex neurological conditions. You will inspire and empower your team to achieve excellence, supporting professional growth, workforce development and the delivery of outstanding clinical outcomes.

- Registered Nurse-Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) and Relevant management tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience; and demonstrated commitment to professional development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and support a clinical team.
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy in Microsoft Applications, roster management systems and electronic medical records.
