We are seeking a compassionate, dynamic, and highly motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Transitional Nurse Practitioner (TNP) to join the outstanding team at Belmont Hospital’s Emergency Department. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing advanced emergency care within your scope of practice to the people of Lake Macquarie. You will work alongside an experienced team including our Nurse Unit Manager, senior Registered Nurses, and Medical Officers.

Essential criteria:
Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and current endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner or, if transitional, evidence of substantial progress towards endorsement. If not endorsed, the Transitional Nurse Practitioner will be appointed temporarily (up to 3 years) to work towards endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner.
