The role
As a member of the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District Nursing and Midwifery Directorate, the Nurse/Midwife Manager  - Future N&M Leaders Program  will work collaboratively with SESLHD and Murrumbidgee Local health District (MLHD) nursing and midwifery stakeholders to lead the co-creation of an immersive and experiential 6-month development program for future nurse/midwifery managers across SESLHD & MLHD
 
A key responsibility of this position is to lead a project with relevant stakeholders across SESLHD and MLHD to develop, implement and evaluate an experiential 6-month development program for future nurse/midwifery managers across SESLHD & MLHD using the cycle/approach of Appreciative Inquiry.
