This is your opportunity to lead meaningful change, drive reflective practice, and support psychological wellbeing across a geographically and culturally diverse network of clinical teams.

About the Role

This is a portfolio-based leadership position where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with clinical teams and local managers to:

  • Support local managers in understanding and embedding strategies that enable a safer, more supportive culture, including alternatives to enhanced clinical supervision.
  • Help frontline teams and services understand what safety culture looks like, why it matters, and how it can be fostered.

In the first 6 months, your focus will be on embedding a support model across clinical settings, increasing awareness of safety culture, and applying psychological first aid principles to strengthen wellbeing initiatives.
