About the Opportunity
Fairfield Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Manager Grade 3 to lead our Emergency Department in a permanent full-time capacity. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate nursing leader to join a dedicated team in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. As the Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care. You will lead by example, fostering a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You'll be Doing
The Nurse Manager participates in or is responsible for the leadership and management of nursing services in a management unit, service, complex function or facility to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and efficient use of resources.
