We are seeking an exceptional Nurse Manager to lead our dedicated team in delivering world-class care to more than 600 of the state’s most vulnerable newborns each year. From critically ill infants to complex cardiac and surgical cases, the Grace Centre is a beacon of excellence in neonatal care.

Please note that throughout the recruitment process you will be assessed with the following:
- Current Authority to Practice as a registered nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
- Post graduate qualification and recent management experience, or a combination of study and recent management experience.
- Demonstrated advanced leadership skills and an ability to motivate, inspire and manage nursing staff to achieve service and organisational goals utilising recognised change management strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a complex service with competing service demands for access, throughput and resources.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including the ability to negotiate with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated excellence in operational planning and policy development including the ability to utilise data to inform planning, evaluation, financial and performance management.
- Demonstrated experience in service planning and the development of complex patient flow pathways in an acute setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to best practice, quality improvement and innovation.
