About the role
Our nursing team is critical in our vision to build healthier rural people and thriving communities. Our nurse managers make sure we deliver on our promise through creating safe, healthy environments that support the work of the health care team and contribute to patient engagement. 

You will be managing both the General Ward, ED and PaCH nursing Staff. Time to be split 4/1 (days per week) between management and clinical time.


You’ll be a role model to uphold policies and professional standards practices with staff to deliver evidence based best-practice and safe care.  You’ll also be an advocate for our organisational change processes to continuously improve nursing care delivery.
