How To Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible:

  • Current Nursing/Midwifery registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA) and demonstrated three years’ postgraduate clinical experience in an acute setting.
  • Current certificate as a workplace Trainer and Assessor (Certificate IV) or willingness to work towards and attain certification within 12 months of commencement of position or relevant post graduate qualifications in education and leadership or working towards same.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in data collection and invoicing processes, with a strong attention to detail and knowledge in software systems.
  • Preparedness and/or relevant experience working with undergraduate nursing students undertaking clinical placement and relevant key stakeholders including Education Providers.
  • Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills as a Registered Nurse.
  • Demonstrated sound organisational skills and the ability to be resourceful, proactive and flexible to successfully manage competing issues and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced computer skills and use of software programs to develop and deliver education
  • Eligibility to drive in NSW and preparedness to travel across rural and remote areas, with potential overnight stays.
