Selection Criteria
- Medical Practitioner holding an appointment within NSLHD as a Specialist
- Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our district; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of methodologies for the non disciplinary management of complaints
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, lead and motivate staff and stakeholders, as well as an ability to form effective working relationships with senior managers and clinicians.
- Demonstrated track record in effective application of analytical and conceptual skills in clinical redesign, change management and operations.
- Proven capability to design, develop, implement and influence strategy, clinical practice improvement and policy at a senior level.
- Strong knowledge of, and experience working in or across, a broad range of clinical service areas.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites and facilities across a large geographic area.
