- Ability to develop, monitor and achieve outcomes of strategic and business plans, guide and motivate staff through this process.
- Demonstrated experience in successful project/change management from inception through to evaluation and completion, including financial and personnel management and the ability to develop, implement and evaluate evidence based policies and procedures.
- Capacity to manage social media.
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and experience at all levels of the organisation with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders; including sound knowledge and practical skills utilising MS office software, email programs and the internet.
- Demonstrated time management skills including an ability to effectively organise the workload with competing priorities, limited resources and the complexities of multiple site communications and service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in events management, and/or facilitating meetings and groups/forums, including multidisciplinary groups / diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Sound track record of working successfully both autonomously and as part of a team.
