What you'll be doing
Provide triage, assessment, intervention and response to meet the Mental Health needs of person in the community, the community sector and primary care partners when they encounter mental health problems. 

To work collaboratively with other service providers/agencies to promote assertive and timely service delivery for clients in the provision of holistic evidence based care in accordance to MNCLHD and Ministry of Health policies and directive. 

About you
You are a qualified and compassionate Mental Health Clinician with experience in assessment, crisis intervention, and care coordination. Committed to recovery-oriented, person-centred care, you work effectively both independently and within multidisciplinary teams. You bring strong communication, organisational, and clinical skills, experience supporting people with complex mental health needs, and confidence using clinical information systems. A current driver's licence and willingness to travel are essential.
