Selection Criteria
- Relevant qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse or Psychologist, currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), or a qualified Social Worker eligible for registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). Mental Health Counsellor (Graduates Bachelor of Health Science Mental Health, DJIRRUWANG Program).
- Demonstrated experience working in a mental health setting.
- Experience in the establishment, development or enhancement of links and partnerships between the mental health service, other government and health services, NGOs and the community sector with demonstrated benefits for consumers.
- Demonstrated ability of working within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Commitment to working in a recovery focus model of care - facilitating consumer involvement in the development of their own treatment/management plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems.
- Current unrestricted NSW driver's licence.
