Allied Health Professionals (Level 1/2): $37.03 - $52.83 per hour
Psychologist: $39. 01 - $57.10 per hour
Registered Nurse: $36.39 - $51.09 per hour

What you'll be doing
The Ryde Acute Team model of care provides a combination of short-term and medium to longer-term support in the form of a multidisciplinary team approach to collaborative care.
This includes:
- Mental Health triage and assessments for consumers within the community experiencing acute mental health problems.
- Mental health assessments in Ryde ED after hours.
- Short term mental health treatment in the community often as an alternative to hospital, including care coordination and longer-term case management as clinically indicated.
- Collaborative care-planning for consumers transferring between hospital and community, follow up support and onward referrals where appropriate.
- Brief therapeutic interventions such as BIC based on Project Air model for Personality Disorders.
- Working in a multidisciplinary team across a 7-day rotating roster with morning and afternoon shifts.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Current AHPRA registration for relevant discipline - Psychology, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse, Eligibility for membership with AASW for Social Workers.
- Extensive case management/care co-ordination skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team setting.
- Current NSW Driver's licence.
