  • Must hold current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia with no conditions or restrictions on practice
  • Demonstrated well developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to use health information systems.
  • Demonstrated participation in professional development and quality improvement activities, including in medication safety activities.
  • Demonstrated well-developed skills and clinical knowledge in the provision of Pharmacy services to consumers, carers and families in a public hospital environment, including meeting the criteria for classification as a Grade 2 pharmacist.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage workload demands, meet deadlines and complete activities (including ability to work within scope of practice and seek assistance when required).
  • Proven ability to work independently and to establish effective collaborative working relationships within a multi-disciplinary team and interagency networks.
