North Shore Ryde Mental Health Services

What you'll be doing

The incumbent is responsible for assisting and participating in the delivery of an efficient, effective and comprehensive administration service across  as part of the North Shore Ryde Mental Health Service 

This is achieved by managing a variety of clerical and administrative process that support the needs of the Clinical Director in the management of the NSRMHS medical workforce.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Proven ability to develop, coordinate and manage medical staff rosters and payroll responsibilities
  2. Ability to work autonomously, under limited supervision and within a multidisciplinary team to achieve service outcomes, with particular focus on attention to detail.
  3. Highly developed communication skills – both written and verbal including customer service and conflict resolution.
  4. Demonstrated efficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, word processing (40 words per minute) and experience or willingness to learn information systems eg Cerner, Winc, Oracle, I Procruement, Risk IT/ see IT, Trim, ROB, Health Roster, IIMs+.
  5. Proven ability in coordinating the provision of accurate legal documentation, including accurate typing of complex reports and correspondence, medical recruitment briefs, accurate minute taking and providing appropriate documentation to external agencies.
