The Clinical Information Department at Tamworth Hospital is a collaborative and supportive team dedicated to delivering high-quality health information services. About the Role

As an Administration Officer within the Clinical Information Department, you will play a key role in supporting the management of patient health information and maintaining the integrity of clinical records.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and scanning clinical documentation
  • Managing reception and customer service enquiries
  • Processing Release of Information requests
  • Managing loose sheet workflows and record maintenance
  • Supporting Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) processes and workflows
  • Providing high-quality administrative support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with health information standards


This position reports directly to the Health Information Manager and has no direct reports.
