About the Role
Formed in 1882, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH) is a major metropolitan tertiary referral hospital and a principal provider of specialist healthcare. It remains one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities.
The primary purpose of the role is to provide quality patient care whilst performing a range of Diagnostic and Therapeutic Nuclear Medicine (NM) procedures as well as PET-CT imaging. This involves the preparation and administration of radiopharmaceuticals, patient imaging, collection and analysis of data, quality control on equipment and recording data in the Departmental Database.

Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Radiation Science) Nuclear Medicine/Licenced with the EPA or eligible/and is registered with AHPRA for national accreditation.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a multidisciplinary health care team.
- Demonstrated ability to utilise various computer based applications including Word & Excel.
