Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) is seeking an experienced Medical Radiation Scientist to join our team at Concord Repatriation General Hospital!

The Senior Medical Radiation Scientist (‘Senior MRS’) is responsible for the provision, scheduling and supervision of services within a section of the Department of Molecular Imaging (PET & Nuclear Medicine; the ‘Department’), under the direction of the Deputy Chief MRS and Chief MRS. The Senior MRS is required to perform patient clinical duties to a high standard and assist the Chief MRS in ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day operations and with the supervision of Level 1-3 MRS staff.

Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Radiation Science) Nuclear Medicine, Licenced with the EPA and AHPRA Registration.
- Documented extensive experience performing PET-CT and general nuclear medicine scans / procedures.
- Demonstrate ability to instruct MRS, students and other health workers in appropriate techniques.
- All candidates must have full working rights within Australia.
