Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science – Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
Registration: Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA)
License: NSW EPA Radiation Licence IA14
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience in a minimum of two imaging modalities.
Demonstrate a high level of competency and consistent high level of practice in area of expertise in a busy hospital environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to solve clinical situations and to develop effective solutions.
Demonstrated clinical expertise through development of protocols, clinical reviews and delivery of in-services and presentations.
Demonstrated ability to supervise and assist with the on-going education and training of MRS' colleagues, across modalities, including complex clinical procedures.
To meet Grade 2 criteria; may possess a post graduate certificate in a relevant area of specialisation or willing to working towards. For Level 3 Grade 1 applicants please note as NOT APPLICABLE to this criteria.
