- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in communications, marketing, and policy application or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering communication strategies or campaigns across a variety of media channels, and a sound understanding of Australian media, trends and tactics.
- Demonstrated experience in managing brand identity and working creatively within guidelines to deliver effective communication resources and advice.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with stakeholders, work collaboratively and present convincing arguments to motive the intended audience.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing high quality written material and online content. Literacy and experience in graphic design, editing software and online media analytics tools would be of advantage.
- Demonstrated proficiency in problem solving skills to be able to critically assess situations to achieve results.
- Demonstrated capacity to prioritise workload in a highly demanding work environment with tight deadlines.
- Valid unrestricted drivers licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
