  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in communications, marketing, and policy application or related disciplines.
  2. Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering communication strategies or campaigns across a variety of media channels, and a sound understanding of Australian media, trends and tactics.
  3. Demonstrated experience in managing brand identity and working creatively within guidelines to deliver effective communication resources and advice.
  4. Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with stakeholders, work collaboratively and present convincing arguments to motive the intended audience.
  5. Demonstrated experience in preparing high quality written material and online content. Literacy and experience in graphic design, editing software and online media analytics tools would be of advantage.
  6. Demonstrated proficiency in problem solving skills to be able to critically assess situations to achieve results.
  7. Demonstrated capacity to prioritise workload in a highly demanding work environment with tight deadlines.
  8. Valid unrestricted drivers licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
