Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in media/public relations, communications and social marketing, or relevant equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience.
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills; including demonstrated high level media writing skills.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, implementing and evaluating media and communication campaigns and projects targeting culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities.
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills including, the ability to provide authoritative advice and recommendations across a large and complex organisation in relation to communication with CALD communities.
- Demonstrated high level negotiation and facilitation skills and commitment to customer service, including demonstrated experience with co-design and/or arts in health approaches to communicating with CALD communities.
- Effective time management and demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a multidisciplinary team; and ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Current drivers licence with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
