What you'll be doing
As Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will lead the strategic direction and operational delivery of talent acquisition across WSLHD. You will develop innovative attraction, sourcing and employer branding strategies while building a future-focused recruitment function that delivers outstanding outcomes for candidates, hiring managers and the organisation.
 

  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition initiatives aligned with workforce planning, clinical priorities and organisational objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring compliance, service excellence, quality and an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Build, coach and inspire a high-performing recruitment team, driving accountability, capability development and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with executive leaders to provide expert advice on workforce trends, recruitment strategy, labour market insights and workforce risks.
  • Drive recruitment transformation through data-informed decision-making, process optimisation, technology enhancement and employer branding initiatives.
