What you will bring to the role
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, planning, social science or equivalent and demonstrated relevant professional experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to problem solve, innovate, negotiate and influence.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining high-level, strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated strategic planning skills with experience in developing strategic plans in collaboration with multiple diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and communicate data in clear and succinct ways so that it can be used to inform decision making.
- High-level understanding of population and public health approaches as they apply within a local context and demonstrated knowledge and ability to apply health policy frameworks that exist at state and national levels.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in project and change management.
- Valid unrestricted drivers' license for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
