Provide an example of how you have developed and managed a high performing team. What strategies did you implement to drive high performance, how did you progress work with competing priorities and what did you consider contributed to the success of the team.

Provide an example of a complex project/program that you delivered and describe how you engaged with stakeholders, resolved contentious issues and managed competing priorities. What did you consider were the key factors to the successful management of the project/program.
