Manager Sterilising Services

1. Certificate in Sterilisation Services and relevant qualifications in management or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience including significant experience in the management of sterilising services in an acute hospital setting.
2. Demonstrated strong leadership skills to develop and enhance staff performance, influence workplace culture, motivate and achieve organisational goals.
3. Demonstrated experience in planning and evaluation at strategic and service levels, with an ability to provide clear and concise reports.
4. Comprehensive, up to date knowledge of sterilising technology processes, standard and statutory requirements including knowledge of AS 5369:2023 and National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards.
5. Competence in financial management to demonstrate service provision is delivered in an efficient and effective manner.
