The primary purpose of the Manager Psychosocial Safety & Wellbeing is to lead strategic and operational wellbeing deliverables, including developing, implementing and evaluating contemporary strategies to support staff health and wellbeing across MLHD.
This role leads the implementation of NSW Health wellbeing policies and priorities for MLHD to strengthen wellbeing collaboration across NSW Health and to translate priorities into local action.
This is achieved through linking leadership practices and building capability within the workforce to provide safe, supportive, and collaborative work environments.
The position will be highly influential in strengthening the District’s approach to providing a psychologically safe and healthy workplace for staff
