About the role
The Manager, Endpoint Solutions & Experience is responsible for leading a team of enthusiastic support analysts to provide the best possible digital services for clinicians dedicated to supporting the community’s health needs and quality patient care. A great leadership opportunity for people living in Western or Far West NSW and those seeking a tree change from our capital cities.

Working closely with clinicians and delivering quality digital services for our health districts is the focus of this role, ensuring that patient care is our priority and is at the forefront of everything we do.  You will be responsible for leading a consumer-centric approach and delivery of a seamless and satisfactory end user experience for clinical and corporate staff across the Far West (FW) and Western NSW (WNSW) Local Health Districts (LHDs).

You will also collaborate with the Head of Business, Contracts & Service Portfolio, the Head of Clinical Informatics and the Head of Digital Information Management and will have access to ongoing mentoring, support, and in house training courses both mandatory and optional.
