The Opportunity

HealthShare NSW is seeking an experienced Manager, Corruption Control and Investigations to lead the development and delivery of strategies that strengthen our integrity, accountability, and organisational trust.

In this role, you’ll manage corruption (including fraud) control programs and oversee investigations into serious misconduct. With your expertise in relevant legislation and standards, corruption control practices, and investigative procedures, you'll play a key role in promoting ethical conduct and compliance across the organisation.

You’ll apply your strong analytical skills to assess risks, interpret complex information, and deliver clear, business-focused reports and recommendations. Your ability to build trusted relationships, engage effectively with stakeholders, and foster a customer-focused, high-integrity culture will be critical to success.
