What you'll be doing
As the Manager, Asset and Capital Strategy you will be responsible for the continuous development and management of the Asset Management Framework as well as the capital management for NSLHD.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Relevant qualifications in business or project management, or demonstrated experience in line with development and delivery of asset management frameworks and capital processes.
  2. Can you describe a time when you developed and implemented an Asset Management Framework, or similar asset management strategy for an organisation? How did you establish governance arrangements, develop strategic documentation, and ensure the framework was adopted across the organisation?
  3. Tell us about your experience establishing or improving an asset register management system. How did you ensure data quality, asset validation, integration with other business systems, and that the asset register became a trusted source for strategic decision-making?
  4. Describe your experience managing capital budgets in a complex organisation. How have you balanced competing priorities, developed capital investment proposals/business cases, and ensured funding decisions delivered the greatest benefit while remaining within budget constraints?
