About the Role
As a Maintenance Assistant - Physical Resources, you will play an important role in keeping our facilities, grounds and gardens looking their best. This hands-on role involves a variety of general maintenance and gardening tasks, helping to ensure our environment remains safe, functional and welcoming for staff, patients and visitors. Working closely with a supportive team, you will contribute to the ongoing upkeep of buildings and outdoor areas while identifying opportunities to improve the services we provide. Travel between sites may be required as part of the role.
About You
You are a practical, reliable and motivated team player who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in a job well done. With experience in general maintenance and gardening, you have a keen eye for maintaining grounds and outdoor spaces to a high standard. You communicate well with others, enjoy working collaboratively, and are always willing to lend a hand. Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a genuine desire to contribute to safe, welcoming environments.
What you'll be doing
Assist the Site Maintenance Officer with the maintenance and enhancement of the physical resources with particular reference to Coffs Harbour Health Campus and ancillary facilities.
