About the opportunity
The Lease Data Hub is responsible for the analysis and interpret of leasing contract documentation on behalf of the LHDs and Health Entities, to ensure compliance with policy requirements.

The role is responsible for collating and entering contract data into Asset Facilities Management Online (AFMO), including the review and updating of existing leasing data within the system. This role involves regular liaison with the LHDs and Health Entities, advising them on data requirements, collecting their leasing information and providing reports. Additionally, this role will support the manager with complex cases and ad hoc reporting requirements to provide insights for better business decisions.
