What you'll be doing

Responsible for operational and strategic management of the Broken Hill Lead Health Program. Provide leadership to implement ministry KPI’s and NHMRC guidelines. Develop and implement policies and procedure for the Lead Health Program.

How to Apply

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible

  1. Qualifications in health-related discipline or equivalent with a record of achievement in managing multi discipline health teams within a Primary Health Care and/or integrated service model.
  2. Understanding of the complex Lead issues in Broken Hill.
  3. Ability to develop, monitor and reach predicted outcomes to strategic and business plans.
  4. Proven broad, comprehensive primary health care experience.
  5. Demonstrated high standard of organisational skills in planning, delivering and evaluating service delivery, program development and quality improvement activities.
  6. Demonstrated commitment and capacity to develop improve and maintain the Lead service with an emphasis on customer focus and best practice.
  7. Demonstrated ability to provide strategic and operational leadership while maintaining a clinical role, including the delivery of evidence-based clinical services, clinical decision-making, mentoring and support of staff, and fostering continuous service improvement.
