How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible
- Qualifications in health-related discipline or equivalent with a record of achievement in managing multi discipline health teams within a Primary Health Care and/or integrated service model.
- Understanding of the complex Lead issues in Broken Hill.
- Ability to develop, monitor and reach predicted outcomes to strategic and business plans.
- Proven broad, comprehensive primary health care experience.
- Demonstrated high standard of organisational skills in planning, delivering and evaluating service delivery, program development and quality improvement activities.
- Demonstrated commitment and capacity to develop improve and maintain the Lead service with an emphasis on customer focus and best practice.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic and operational leadership while maintaining a clinical role, including the delivery of evidence-based clinical services, clinical decision-making, mentoring and support of staff, and fostering continuous service improvement.
