Where you'll be working:
You’ll be part of a collaborative Medical Workforce team supporting our Junior Medical Officers (JMOs) and the JMO Manager. This is a fast-paced and integral service that plays a key role in ensuring smooth workforce operations across the facility.

About the role:
The JMO Secretary provides high-level administrative support to the JMO Manager and assists with the coordination of Junior Medical Officer workforce processes.
A typical day may include:
- Providing administrative support to the JMO Manager
- Assisting with HealthRoster coordination and roster administration
- Managing correspondence, documentation and record keeping
- Liaising with JMOs, senior clinicians and other departments
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce processes
- Responding to queries and troubleshooting roster or workforce matters
About you:
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- High attention to detail and confidentiality

- An eligibility list will be created for future permanent part time and temporary part time vacancies.
