What you will bring to the role
- Demonstrated successful customer focus with the ability to build and maintain rapport with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to interact professionally with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated level of competence and experience in the use of Stafflink and Health Roster or Romulus
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidentiality, to interpret information and advice and use discretion to identify when to escalate matters
- Superior time management skills with the ability to successfully prioritise and organise daily work routine
- High level analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to research information to resolve or escalate matters as they arise
