An opportunity has become available for an experienced Industrial Relations Specialist to join our People and Culture team. Our Industrial Relations team plays a vital role in fostering strong, positive relationships between NBMLHD and its employees, ensuring the organisation is equipped to respond effectively to a wide range of IR matters.
This dynamic and challenging role offers variety with no two days the same. Supporting a workforce of over 7,000 employees across diverse professional disciplines, your will focus on delivering strategic advice and operational support across a wide range of employment and industrial matters. You will also oversee quality systems and processes, and lead key consultation, negotiation, and dispute resolution activities.
