  1. Extensive experience in managing medium to large and/or complex projects in a complex healthcare organisation, including relevant project and change management qualifications or equivalent experience.
  2. Proven ability to successfully lead and manage project teams to deliver on outcomes.
  3. Highly developed analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  4. Demonstrated superior organisational and prioritisation skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven track record to achieve business goals.
  5. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging, collaborating, and influencing key stakeholders and customers to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes.
  6. Proficiency in contemporary project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) or equivalent.
