About the Opportunity

As an ICT Procurement Officer of our Procurement Team at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through influencing procurement decisions and deliver value through strategic sourcing and stakeholder engagement across NSW Health.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a team of procurement professionals and ICT stakeholders to lead sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and drive supplier performance across ICT categories—covering infrastructure, software, telecommunications, professional services, and both physical and cloud environments.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support effective service delivery.

  • Identify procurement risks and ensure contracts are effectively governed and performance managed.

About You

  • Proven experience in procurement and category management within a large and complex service environment, supported by relevant qualifications or demonstrated equivalent experience.

  • Specialist knowledge in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, risk management, and contract negotiation.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data-driven insights.
