As the Contract Manager within our ICT Procurement team, you will be responsible for managing strategic ICT supplier and commercial contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring suppliers deliver against contractual obligations, achieve business outcomes, and provide value for money across a complex technology environment.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of Contract Management Plans, including KPI frameworks, governance structures, risk management, and performance reporting.
- Drive supplier performance and continuous improvement through robust contractual frameworks, relationship management, and innovation initiatives.
- Negotiate complex contract variations, renewals, claims, and dispute resolutions to achieve favourable commercial outcomes and mitigate risk.
- Partner with stakeholders and strategic suppliers to maximise value, resolve issues, improve contract outcomes, and strengthen commercial relationships.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has extensive experience and a proven track record in contract and supplier management within a large and complex ICT service environment.
- Demonstrates strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and develop business-focused solutions.
- Has highly developed stakeholder engagement, supplier relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing competing priorities while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Procurement, Law, Information Technology or a related discipline (or equivalent experience), with professional certifications and/or experience in contract management, procurement, and commercial leadership within large, complex or highly regulated environments highly regarded.
