What you will bring to the team
- Extensive experience working in an ICT Senior support position with demonstrated strong technical skills (Office 365, Intune, SCCM, Win 11, Server 2019+) and the proven ability to provide direction and recommendations to stakeholders to assist solving contemporary ICT challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, foster and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and a proven ability to motivate others, cultivate a positive team culture and achieve strategic objectives and KPI’s.
- Strong analytical mindset and skills with the capacity to interpret issues and display trend analysis skillsets to identify and determine problems, deal with challenges creatively and develop solutions and execute remediation plans and engage key stakeholders through to completion to achieve business focused solutions
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in developing, managing and using work schedules, resource plans, communication plans, action trackers, risk registers and experience in the use of Service Desk toolsets for job allocation and management across a diverse team.
- Proven team leadership and management experience and experience managing third party suppliers and vendors to deliver timely support, consultancy and assistance under business as usual and project conditions.
- Proven ability to lead, manage and participate in endpoint and server architecture and design workshops to provide innovative technical solutions in the health environment and demonstrated superior analytical and technical problem solving and incident management skills with the ability to look outside the box for technical solutions to break\fix situations.
- Demonstrate a Service Delivery mindset with a Customer Experience focus with experience delivering IT service using a service management framework such as ITIL to provide capacity, availability, problem and incident management.
- Proven ability as an excellent communicator, able to communicate at all levels across the organisations to convey complex principles, using both verbal & written communication methods across a variety of media to all internal/external teams, internal/external stakeholders, vendors, suppliers and all other parties.
