About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Officer to join our small, friendly Human Resources team at Fairfield Hospital on a maternity leave relief contract. In this role, you will provide high-quality frontline customer service and Human Resources support to our staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the department. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in delivering administrative and operational Human Resources services while assisting with various Human Resources functions.
This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who is eager to learn and grow in the Human Resources field. You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and gain valuable experience in a dynamic healthcare setting. What You'll be Doing
Provide effective and timely workforce advice to a wide range of customers, and administrative support for the Human Resources team.
