To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Relevant qualifications, or working towards such and/or experience in Human Resources or Business Management.
  2. Strong customer service skills with an ability to build trust, credibility and confidence with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, through highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of relevant employment and industrial relations legislation, WHS Legislation and relevant NSW Health industrial instruments and policies.
  4. Advanced computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as experience with Human Resources Information Systems, Recruitment and Rostering systems, Record Management systems, learning managements systems.
  5. Demonstrated ability to accurately prepare a range of complex documents including briefs, letters, minutes, referral notes and reports to a high standard ensuring attention to detail.
  6. Demonstrated ability to solve problems, make decisions that lead to the development of innovative solutions to workplace issues.
  7. Ability to work as part of a team and independently with limited direction as to work priorities with demonstrated experience managing and meeting deadlines.
